Kangaroo Kids has been a leader in early childhood education since 1991. We proudly boast our 20+ Hall of Fame staff members, who have a combined total of 293 years of dedication to the children and families at Kangaroo Kids! Kathy Feigley, the Owner and Executive Director, was awarded the honor of “Director of the Year,” by the National Association of Early Learning Leaders. Under her leadership seven staff members have been awarded, “Teacher of the Year,” for the State of New Jersey.
Kangaroo Kids has one of the lowest turnover rates of any school in the country. The national turnover rate is 30%, but at Kangaroo Kids we are happy to report EVERY lead teacher has been with Kangaroo Kids for seven years or more! This provides a secure and stable foundation for children and families where relationships can flourish.
